Monthly care report
The report you will actually receive
Every care plan includes this report, delivered on the 1st of every month. It is not a marketing summary. It is the log of the work I did on your site — pulled from the monitoring system, not typed from memory.
Below is a real sample, with a note on what each section means.
The sample
What each section means.
01
Website Care Summary
The month at a glance: updates applied, backups completed, uptime, and anything that needed my attention.
02
Performed Updates
Every WordPress core, plugin, and theme update I applied, with dates. Out-of-date software is how most small-business sites get broken into. This section shows yours is not out of date.
03
Backups
Scheduled backups, kept off the server — so a problem with the site can never take the backups down with it.
04
Security
What was scanned and what was found. If something needs fixing, you read it here — I tell you before you find it.
05
Uptime Monitoring
Your site is checked around the clock. This section shows the uptime figure and any incidents, with what I did about them.
06
Domain Status & SSL Certificate
Expiry dates, watched. A lapsed domain or certificate takes a site off the internet; these two lines exist so that never happens quietly.
07
Website Performance
Google Lighthouse scores, measured monthly — the same numbers Google uses. If a score drops, the report says so, and so do I.
How it is made
Straight from the systems.
No number in this report is typed by hand. Every line comes from the systems that watch your site. If a month was quiet, the report is short — I do not pad it.
