Google Business Profile help · Lansing, Michigan
Who helps Lansing small businesses with their Google Business Profile?
Zomtronics does. I am Scot Zoumbaris, based in DeWitt, and I fix Google Business Profiles for small businesses across Greater Lansing and Mid-Michigan: your listing scored for free, fixed once, and kept current, with a review request after every job. You keep ownership of the listing; I work on it as a Manager, never as the Owner.
Free Google scorecard. Tune-Up $399 once. Review Engine $99 a month. Local Presence Care $149 a month.

How it works
What does Google Business Profile help actually involve?
01
Scorecard
Type your business name on the scorecard page and the result is on screen in about ten seconds: your categories, hours, rating, your review count against the three businesses Google shows first, and whether a customer can tap to call from your website. The full assessment is read by a person, not just a tool. It touches nothing and commits you to nothing.
02
Tune-Up
Everything the scorecard flagged, fixed once: categories, services, description, hours, photos, questions and answers, and a reply to every review already sitting there. $399, done within a week, and you keep ownership of the listing. I work as a Manager on it, never as the Owner.
03
Keep it running
Local Presence Care, $149 a month: a review request after every job, replies drafted by AI in your voice and approved by you, four Google posts a month, and a receipt on the 1st. Add AI Workflow Care at $199 and the two together are $299.
Why it matters locally
Why does a Lansing business need its Google listing kept current?
For most local searches, Google shows a short list of business listings near the top of the page. A customer in Lansing looking for a plumber, a dentist or a lawyer compares those listings and calls the one with this year’s photos, correct hours, recent reviews and replies under them. A listing nobody has touched in years loses that comparison quietly, and you never hear about the calls that went somewhere else.
Most of the work is upkeep, not magic: the right primary category, real photos, accurate hours and services, and a steady stream of reviews with replies. Where I use AI, for drafting review replies for example, I tell you, and nothing posts without your approval.
What you get
What does Zomtronics do for a Lansing business’s Google listing?
Your Google listing, working
A customer searching at 9pm sees a listing with this year’s photos, correct hours, every service you offer and a reply under every review. That is what gets the call before the business down the road does.
Review requests after every job
Every customer is asked once, politely, at the right moment. No gating, no incentives, no gift cards, just a steady review stream, which is what new customers actually check before they call.
Replies and posts, in your voice
Every review gets a reply drafted by AI and approved by you before it posts to Google. Four posts a month keep the listing looking alive without anyone on your team writing them.
What the free scorecard checks
Two groups, each line marked OK, CHECK or FIX: your Google listing (categories, hours, photos, rating, and review count against the three businesses Google shows first) and your website (secure connection, a tap-to-call number at the top, the phone matching the listing, page title and business details). Run your scorecard.

Questions
Questions, answered plainly.
What does Google Business Profile help cost in Lansing?
The Google scorecard is free. The Tune-Up is $399, once. The Review Engine is $99 a month on its own, or $149 a month as Local Presence Care with replies, posts and a receipt. Every price is published before we ever talk.
Do you only work with businesses in Lansing?
I am based in DeWitt and focus on Greater Lansing and Mid-Michigan: Lansing, East Lansing, DeWitt, Okemos, Holt, Grand Ledge and the towns around them. Google listings are managed online, so a business elsewhere in Michigan is not a problem.
I am not technical. Who runs this after you set it up?
I do. The listing and the review requests stay in your name; I hold Manager access, never ownership, and a receipt on the 1st shows what was done.
Who is this probably NOT for?
If you enjoy tinkering with your own website, want a site built once with no maintenance behind it, need a large agency team on call, or are shopping on price alone, I am probably not the right fit. I work best with owners who want the technology handled, honestly, by one accountable person.
