We agree what the site has to do, who it is for, and which pages actually earn their place. Usually fewer than you would expect.

Fast, mobile-first pages, with the enquiry form wired into a real system on day one so leads land somewhere instead of in an inbox.

Keep
Every site I build stays on a care plan. That is a condition, and it is also the point: an unmaintained site is a liability I am not willing to hand you.
What it costs
Flat prices, agreed before anything starts.
Landing page, $500
One page built to convert a single offer or campaign. Copy, layout, form and tracking included.
Five-page site, $1,250
Home, services, about, contact and one more page of your choosing, with search-ready titles and descriptions written for each.
Content pages, $250 each
For sites that already exist but are missing pieces: a staff page, a service page, copy that never got past placeholder text. I interview you for twenty minutes, write the page, build it, and you approve it before it goes live. Sales and landing pages are $450. Content work that is not a full page bills at $125 per hour.
Care plan, from $149 per month
Required after launch, because the site nobody updates is the one that breaks. The care plans page sets out exactly what is included.
