AI set up inside the tools you already use, and kept working.

Claude, installed on your own account and connected to your email, calendar and the software you already pay for, with workflows written for the way your business actually runs. You own the seat and everything on it. I set it up, teach you the three things worth doing every day, and keep it working as the tools change.

Setup $499. Then $199 a month, month to month, cancel by email. Most of it is plumbing; some of it genuinely is AI. I will always tell you which is which.

Set up in one sitting, kept current every month.

Setup, $499

Ninety minutes on your machine, screen shared. Claude Desktop and its small-business workflows, connected to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, plus two or three workflows written for your business: the estimate follow-up, the review reply in your voice, the Monday summary of what needs an answer. You leave with them working and a one-page card on how to use them.

Care, $199 a month

The tools change every month, so someone has to keep the workflows working. Each month you get one new workflow, a fifteen-minute check-in, and a plain-English receipt of what ran. Add Local Presence Care and the two together are $299 a month.

What you own

The Claude seat is yours, on your card, at your login. The workflows live on your account, written in plain language you can read. If you stop the care plan, everything keeps working; it just stops getting new ones.

The honest part

What the AI does here — and what it does not.

It drafts replies you approve, triages and summarises what came in, writes first-draft quotes and follow-ups, and turns a photo and a note into an estimate email. Most of what gets sold as AI is plumbing — connecting the tools you already pay for so nothing falls through. Where something genuinely is AI, I say so.

What it does not do: talk to your customers unsupervised, make promises on your behalf, or replace anyone. Worked examples: contractors and home-service businesses, dental practices and HVAC companies.

The work that quietly eats your week.

Quotes and follow-ups

A photo and a note become an estimate email in your words. The quote nobody answered gets a polite second and third touch on day three and day ten, drafted for you to send.

Review replies in your voice

Every new Google review gets a reply drafted the way you would write it, waiting for a one-word approval. Pairs with the Review Engine, which asks for the reviews in the first place.

The morning inbox

What came in overnight, sorted into needs an answer, needs a decision and can wait, with the answers already drafted. Ten minutes instead of an hour.
