Profile completeness: categories, services, description, hours, photos, questions and answers, and when you last posted. Review health: how many, how recent, how they compare with others in your trade, and how many negatives sit unanswered. Reachability: whether your website loads, the phone matches, and a customer can actually book or contact you from the listing. Each one comes back with what is fine, what is not, and what fixing it would cost. If nothing is worth fixing, the email says so and that is the end of it.
