Google Business Profile
Your Google listing, scored, fixed once and kept current.
A free scorecard first. If it is worth fixing, I fix it once for $399. If you want it kept that way — reviews requested, every review answered (AI drafts it, you approve it), posts published, a receipt on the 1st — that is Local Presence Care at $149 a month.
Scorecard free · Tune-up $399 once · Local Presence Care $149 a month.
Free · Two minutes · No card, no call required.
What the scorecard looks at
Three signals that decide whether Google shows you.
01
Profile completeness
Categories, services, description, hours, photos, questions and answers, and when you last posted. Most listings I look at have the right name and the wrong everything else.
02
Review health
How many, how recent, how you compare with others in your trade, and how many reviews sit there unanswered. Recency counts for more than the total — and unanswered reviews are the first thing the next customer notices: 42% will not use a business that never replies.
03
Reachability
Whether your website loads, the phone matches, and a customer can actually book or contact you from the listing without giving up.

What happens next
Score it, fix it once, keep it current.
The scorecard, free
Send your listing on the scorecard page. Within two business days you get a private page and an email: what is fine, what is not, and what fixing it would cost. If nothing is worth fixing, it says so and that is the end of it.
The tune-up, $399 once
You add me as a manager on your profile and keep ownership. I fix categories, services, description, hours, photos, questions and answers, and reply to the review backlog — one change at a time, so Google does not flag the listing. You get a one-page before and after.
Local Presence Care, $149 a month
The Review Engine asks every finished customer for a review. New reviews are texted to your phone. Every review gets a reply drafted by AI from what the customer wrote, in your voice — you edit it or tap OK, and nothing posts that you did not approve. Four posts a month go up, photos and questions stay current, and on the 1st you get a plain-English receipt of what happened. Add AI Workflow Care and the two together are $299 a month.
What it costs
Scorecard free. Tune-up $399, one time. Local Presence Care $149 a month, month to month, cancel by email, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Every price is published before we ever talk. This is a person in Mid-Michigan doing the work on a profile you keep ownership of — not an automated $99-a-month posting tool. Those exist; this is not one.
Why the replies matter
The next customer reads your replies before they call.
BrightLocal Local Consumer Review Survey 2026, 1,002 US consumers.
89%
expect a reply
Nine in ten customers expect a business to answer its reviews. A profile with no replies is not neutral — it reads as nobody home.
42%
won’t use a business that never replies
Four in ten will pass over a listing with unanswered reviews and call the next one. That is a customer lost before your phone rings.
50%
are put off by copy-paste replies
Half of customers can spot a template, and it costs you more than silence. So every reply here is drafted by AI from the actual review, in your voice, and posted only after you read it and say OK.
